Do you offer anything free?

What is managed IT?
It is ongoing care for your office technology. Instead of calling someone only when something breaks, one team looks after your computers, network and accounts all the time.
Why would anyone attack a small office?
Because small offices often have valuable records and fewer defenses. Ransomware and email scams go after exactly that.
Who needs to follow HIPAA?
Doctors, dentists, clinics and other healthcare offices that handle patient health information, plus the businesses that work with that data for them.
What happens if my business loses data?
With a backup and recovery plan in place, your data can be restored from a safe copy and your team can get back to work.
Can you help with a big computer upgrade?
Yes. We have guided clients through huge computer upgrades from start to finish.
Is remote access safe for patient data?
It can be when it is set up right, with encrypted connections and strong sign-in checks.
What is VoIP?
Voice over internet protocol. Your phone calls travel over your internet connection instead of a traditional phone line.
What does unified communications mean?
It means your phone, messaging, video and email work together instead of as separate systems.
